We support our teachers by providing a minimum of one day per week for planning and up to 10 days per year are also allocated for professional development. We recognise the importance of employing specialists in core subjects where enhanced salaries for new entrants and experienced applicants may apply. Annual discretionary performance related payments are also generally considered for teachers who have satisfied certain eligibility criteria.
